These terms and conditions may be updated based on need and adjustments will be communicated to families prior to implementation:
Swim Team sessions will run at the time(s) previously agreed upon by The Club and Actio Aquatics.
To ensure quality practices, the pool(s) should be heated to a minimum 75 degrees and pool water must be clear to the bottom, lane lines properly installed.
Swim Team monthly spots are non transferable. Packages are transferable based on written notice (email/text) and swim assessment.
When swimmers sign up for the monthly rate, they sign up for a specific day(s) and time, rescheduling can only happen within that calendar month.
If families choose packages, they can reschedule as needed for each season. Packages for swim team must be completed within each season.
All swimmers will be required to bring their own equipment to Squad Training. As they sign-up, families will be provided with a list of equipment needed.
Actio Aquatics reserves the right to utilize a different coach with any swim session should the need arise.
Should Actio Aquatics have to cancel a practice for its own reason, a single 30 min private session will be given to each family affected. (Max 1 per family)
If due to bad weather or natural event(s) (below 65, rain, lightning, strong wind, ect...) Actio Aquatics will follow The Club’s standards on whether to commence practice or not. USA Swim guidelines state swim clubs should attempt to wait out bad weather before conducting or canceling practice(s).
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, natural events, or pool quality, Actio Aquatics asks The Club to allow for an alternative date/time when lanes can be made available.
If a client refers a new family who purchases an 8-pack of private lessons (as their first purchase), or a new family signs up for swim squad without canceling the month, referring member will receive a complimentary private session to their current package.
Each monthly swim term is a calendar month. Clients are responsible for the monthly dues regardless of swim time within a month. Dues will not be prorated based on attendance.
Actio Aquatics processes all transactions electronically via Square.
Payments for Swim Team will be processed on the 26th of the prior month of the swim term. If payments are not received by the 5th of the swim term, a 20% late fee will be applied.

If a family wants to transfer a package to another swimmer, that swimmer will have to pass an assessment prior to confirmation. If the swimmer is part of a different family, that family will have to pay their own registration fee.
